Project management & PMO
Track costs, schedules and risks, and coordinate stakeholders.
Organise project oversight on the operator’s side: scheduling, budget monitoring, performance indicators, reporting, and risk and decision tracking. Coordinate interfaces between operations teams, technical departments, designers and contractors.

Design installations and support their delivery.
Across our areas of expertise — airfield and area lighting, airport systems and energy — design and size installations, produce drawings and specifications, and coordinate technical interfaces. Support construction, testing and acceptance through to commissioning, within the agreed scope.

Assess impacts and prepare for changes at the airport.
Airport safety impact assessments, hazard identification and risk analysis for works, new systems and operational changes. Define risk mitigation measures, account for works phasing in an operating airport, and prepare change assessment documentation with the operator and relevant stakeholders.

Practical on-site training, guides and workshops tailored to operations and maintenance teams: system operation, interfaces, reading drawings and using documentation. Online training can also be arranged on request, tailored to your teams’ needs.
