Antoine TERNON

Managing Director

Antoine draws on more than twelve years of international experience, from major hubs to island airports. His work at ADP Ingénierie and later as Head of the Studies & Works Department at Aéroport de Tahiti brings first-hand knowledge of design, construction and operational constraints.

As Almanta’s founder, he draws on experience both in engineering consultancy and on the airport owner’s side. This dual perspective helps him understand each party’s needs and constraints, coordinate teams and support projects from feasibility to commissioning, with solutions tailored to each airport.

Melis VARLET

Deputy Managing Director
Europe–Africa Lead

Melis built her career at ADP Ingénierie and Artelia Airports, working across systems design, safety assessments and international project coordination. She spent several years in Vietnam coordinating airport infrastructure design studies.

She joined Almanta to contribute her expertise in airport systems, international project management and airport safety impact assessments. PMP® certified, she combines technical rigour and team coordination to support projects tailored to each airport’s needs.

Charlélie VERTEL

Technical drafting & civil works

Charlélie draws on more than thirteen years of experience in airport, railway and urban infrastructure. His work at ADP Ingénierie, SETEC International and AREP brings strong expertise in technical drafting and the design of roads and utility networks.

At Almanta, he translates design decisions into clear, coordinated drawings, from initial studies to detailed construction documentation. He ensures consistency across drawings, taking account of technical interfaces and project constraints.
